We met Cynthia at an open house when we were just starting our search. We felt very at ease with her and almost immediately began to foster a working relationship. Cynthia was very thorough in asking all the questions to truly understand our needs and narrow down the search to make the process easier for us. She always made herself available to privately view homes with us regardless of the hour we requested. The best part about working with Cynthia is that she kept us on track, always reminding us of when we began to falter from our original wish list provided to her. Not only did we purchase with Cynthia, but she also sold our home for us as well. She was extremely thorough in evaluating our home and communicated what work needed to be done to ensure fair, if not better market value. Once listed our property sold within days. We would recommend Cynthia to anyone looking to purchase a home and will certainly be working with her again when we buy or sell.
